Turning Point provides the Services to support its religious and charitable mission:
So that others can experience a relationship with Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit.
The Services may provide information about church services, ministries, beliefs, events, groups, outreach, giving, media, prayer, pastoral care, and opportunities to participate in the life of Turning Point.
Information made available through the Services is provided for general ministry, educational, and informational purposes. It does not create a pastoral, counseling, fiduciary, professional, employment, membership, or contractual relationship unless Turning Point expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
2. Eligibility and use by minors
You may use the Services only if you can legally agree to these Terms.
If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you should use the Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Children under 13 should not independently submit personal information through our website, app, forms, groups, or messaging features. Information about a child should generally be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children’s use of the Services. Additional consent forms, medical forms, releases, check-in requirements, or participation agreements may apply to TP Kids, TP Youth, camps, retreats, transportation, mission trips, and other activities involving minors.

Turning Point uses Subsplash to provide portions of its website, mobile app, forms, events, groups, messaging, media, accounts, and online giving.
Your use of Subsplash-powered features may also be governed by the Subsplash Terms of Use, Subsplash Privacy Policy, and any additional terms displayed during account creation, giving, registration, or use of a particular feature.
If another service provider’s terms conflict with these Terms regarding that provider’s technology, account, or transaction-processing service, the provider’s applicable terms may control your use of that specific service.
Turning Point is not responsible for changes made by Subsplash or another third-party provider to its terms, features, availability, or technical requirements.
6. Accounts and account security
Some Services may allow or require you to create an account.
When creating or using an account, you agree to:

* Use only an account that belongs to you or that you are authorized to manage.
* Protect your username, password, and access credentials.
* Not share login credentials in a way that compromises account security.

Turning Point may suspend or restrict access to an account if we reasonably believe it is being misused, compromised, used unlawfully, or used in violation of these Terms.
Accounts created directly through Subsplash may also be administered according to Subsplash’s own account and security terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services lawfully, respectfully, and consistently with their intended ministry purposes.
You may not use the Services to:
* Violate any applicable law or regulation.
* Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or harm another person.
* Impersonate another person, church, ministry, organization, or representative.
* Submit false, fraudulent, deceptive, or materially misleading information.
* Post or transmit obscene, sexually explicit, abusive, hateful, defamatory, or unlawfully discriminatory content.
* Promote violence, criminal conduct, exploitation, abuse, or self-harm.
* Share another person’s confidential or personal information without appropriate permission.
* Upload malicious code, viruses, spyware, or other harmful technology.
* Attempt to bypass security controls or gain unauthorized access to an account, database, server, or system.
* Interfere with the operation, security, availability, or performance of the Services.
* Scrape, harvest, or collect information through automated means without written authorization.
* Use contact information obtained through the Services for unsolicited advertising, fundraising, political messaging, or commercial solicitation.
* Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights belonging to Turning Point or another person.
* Use the Services in a way that could expose Turning Point, its participants, or its providers to legal liability or security risk.
We may investigate suspected misuse and may remove content, limit access, suspend an account, report conduct to a platform provider, or contact appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary.
8. Groups, messaging, and community features
The Services may allow users to participate in groups, send messages, post content, or communicate with other participants.
You are responsible for what you communicate and share. Do not assume that group messages, chats, comments, or posts are confidential. Other participants may save, copy, forward, screenshot, or disclose what you share.
When using community features:
* Communicate respectfully.
* Remain relevant to the group’s ministry purpose.
* Protect the privacy of others.
* Do not share confidential prayer, health, financial, family, or pastoral information about another person without permission.
* Do not use a group or message thread to solicit money, promote a business, campaign politically, or distribute spam without authorization.
* Follow the direction of group leaders, pastors, moderators, and ministry staff.
Turning Point may moderate or remove content and may restrict participation when content or conduct is inconsistent with these Terms, church policies, safety expectations, or the purpose of the community.
Turning Point does not undertake to monitor every message, group, or communication and cannot guarantee that all user communications will be accurate, appropriate, private, or available.
9. Content you submit
The Services may allow you to submit forms, messages, comments, photographs, videos, testimonies, stories, prayer requests, questions, or other materials.
You retain any ownership rights you have in content you submit.
You represent that:
* You have the right to submit the content.
* The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
* Your submission does not violate another person’s rights.
* You have obtained appropriate permission from identifiable people appearing in material intended for publication.
* Your submission does not contain unlawful or malicious content.
Private submissions
Private form responses, prayer requests, pastoral care requests, donor information, children’s information, and similar records are handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable ministry practices.
Submitting private information does not grant Turning Point permission to publish it publicly unless we obtain separate permission or the form clearly states that the submission is intended for publication.
Content intended for publication
When you intentionally submit a testimony, photograph, video, story, comment, or other material for publication, you grant Turning Point a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, edit for length or clarity, display, distribute, and otherwise use the material for the ministry purpose for which it was submitted.
This license allows us to present the material through Turning Point’s website, app, services, social channels, printed materials, and ministry communications. It does not transfer your ownership of the content.
Turning Point may decline, edit, remove, or stop using submitted content at its discretion, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.
10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content made available directly by Turning Point—including sermons, written materials, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, audio, page designs, ministry names, downloads, and other original materials—is owned by Turning Point or used with permission.
You may access and use this content for personal, noncommercial purposes connected with learning about or participating in Turning Point.
Without prior written permission, you may not:
* Reproduce or distribute substantial portions of the content.
* Sell, license, rent, or commercially exploit the content.
* Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or ownership notices.
* Modify content in a way that falsely suggests Turning Point’s approval.
* Use Turning Point’s name, logo, branding, or ministry names to imply endorsement.
* Republish sermons, videos, music, graphics, photographs, or downloads as your own.
* Use automated systems to copy or archive substantial portions of the Services.
Limited sharing of publicly available page links, social posts, event information, and sermon links is encouraged when done accurately and respectfully.
Third-party music, Bible translations, videos, images, and other licensed materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to additional restrictions.
11. Copyright concerns
Turning Point respects the intellectual property rights of others.
If you believe content appearing through the Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice to:

Sermons, devotionals, prayer resources, Bible studies, group materials, articles, videos, and other ministry content reflect Turning Point’s religious beliefs and are offered for spiritual and educational purposes.
Such content is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, or other licensed advice.
You are responsible for deciding how to apply general ministry content to your circumstances. When appropriate, seek assistance from a qualified professional.
Nothing provided through the Services guarantees a particular spiritual, emotional, relational, financial, medical, or personal outcome.
13. Prayer requests and pastoral care
Turning Point may offer forms or communication channels for prayer, pastoral care, or spiritual questions.
These tools are not emergency-response services and may not be monitored continuously.
Do not use a website form, email, group message, or app message when immediate intervention is needed. In an emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.
Turning Point may share a prayer or care request internally with pastors, staff members, ministry leaders, or trusted volunteers who reasonably need the information to respond.
We cannot promise absolute confidentiality. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to address suspected abuse, neglect, self-harm, threats, medical emergencies, mandatory reporting obligations, legal requirements, or serious safety concerns.
14. Events, registrations, and ministry activities
Turning Point may provide registration, ticketing, payment, application, or information tools for events and ministry activities.
Additional terms may apply to a particular event, including:
* Eligibility and age requirements
* Registration deadlines
* Participation costs
* Refund and cancellation rules
* Transportation requirements
* Medical and emergency information
* Codes of conduct
* Parent or guardian consent
* Background screening
* Photography or media consent
* Liability releases or assumption-of-risk agreements
When event-specific terms are presented, those terms supplement these Terms and control for that event if there is a conflict.
Turning Point may change, postpone, relocate, or cancel an event because of weather, safety, availability, attendance, ministry needs, circumstances beyond our control, or other reasonable causes.
Unless an event-specific policy states otherwise, submitting an interest form does not guarantee acceptance, placement, participation, leadership approval, or availability.
15. Online giving and payments
Turning Point may allow users to make charitable contributions or other payments through Subsplash Giving or another provider.
By initiating a transaction, you represent that:
* You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
* The information you provide is accurate.
* You authorize the applicable provider to process the transaction.
* Any recurring gift has the amount and frequency you selected.
Online giving is also governed by the applicable payment provider’s terms. Subsplash’s end-user terms separately address giving authorization, recurring payments, donor information, and transaction processing.
Charitable contributions
Charitable contributions are voluntary and are generally considered complete when processed.
Refund requests will be reviewed according to Turning Point’s giving policies, the payment provider’s rules, and applicable law. Turning Point does not guarantee that every contribution can be canceled or refunded after processing.
Nothing on the Services guarantees that a payment will qualify for a particular tax treatment. Donors should retain contribution records and consult a qualified tax adviser regarding their circumstances.
Fund designations
Turning Point will seek to use designated gifts consistently with the stated charitable purpose. Unless prohibited by law or a separate written agreement, Turning Point retains the authority and control necessary to administer contributions in furtherance of its religious and charitable mission.
If a designated project is completed, canceled, overfunded, or no longer reasonably practicable, Turning Point may redirect remaining funds to a related ministry purpose or another area of need, subject to applicable law and church policy.
Payments for goods, services, or events
Payments for registrations, merchandise, camps, trips, conferences, or other goods and services are not necessarily charitable contributions.
Refunds, transfers, and cancellations for those payments are governed by the policy presented during registration or purchase.
16. Email and text messaging
If you provide contact information and request or consent to communications, Turning Point may contact you regarding your visit, registration, ministry participation, group, serving interest, prayer request, giving administration, church updates, or another request you initiated.
You may unsubscribe from general email communications by using the unsubscribe link included in the message.
Where text messaging is offered:
* Message and data rates may apply.
* Message frequency may vary.
* You may generally opt out by replying STOP.
* You may reply HELP for available assistance.
Opting out of general or promotional messages may not prevent essential administrative, security, transaction, registration, or safety communications related to a service you requested.
17. Third-party websites and services
The Services may contain links to, integrations with, or embedded content from third parties, including:
* Subsplash
* Payment processors
* Video and livestream providers
* Social media platforms
* Map and navigation providers
* Event or registration services
* Ministry partners
* External websites and resources
Turning Point does not control the availability, security, accuracy, accessibility, content, or privacy practices of third-party services.
A link or integration does not necessarily mean Turning Point endorses every statement, product, service, policy, or practice of the third party.
When you leave Turning Point’s Services or interact with a third-party feature, the third party’s terms and policies may apply. You are responsible for reviewing them before providing information or completing a transaction.
18. Information accuracy and availability
We seek to provide accurate and useful information, but we do not guarantee that every page, event detail, service time, address, ministry description, registration status, media item, or other piece of content will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Information may change without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turning Point and its pastors, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, ministry leaders, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or connected with:

* Your inability to access or use the Services
* Reliance on content made available through the Services
* Loss of data or communications
* Third-party links, content, platforms, or services
* Unauthorized account access

* Conduct or communications of another user
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

22. Responsibility for your conduct

Sections that by their nature should continue after termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, and governing-law provisions—will survive termination.
24. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes arising directly from these Terms or Turning Point’s Services will be brought in the state or federal courts serving [insert county of Turning Point’s legal headquarters], Georgia.

Turning Point’s failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.

You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms without Turning Point’s prior written permission.
Turning Point may assign these Terms in connection with a legal reorganization, merger, transfer of ministry operations, or succession by another entity, subject to applicable law.
28. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any applicable event-, form-, transaction-, or service-specific terms, constitute the agreement governing your use of Turning Point’s Services.
These Terms do not replace separate written agreements involving employment, independent contractors, ministry leadership, facility use, licensing, counseling, event participation, mission trips, or other matters.

Unless otherwise stated, the content made available directly by Turning Point—including sermons, written materials, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, audio, page designs, ministry names, downloads, and other original materials—is owned by Turning Point or used with permission.
You may access and use this content for personal, noncommercial purposes connected with learning about or participating in Turning Point.
Without prior written permission, you may not:
* Reproduce or distribute substantial portions of the content.
* Sell, license, rent, or commercially exploit the content.
* Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or ownership notices.
* Modify content in a way that falsely suggests Turning Point’s approval.
* Use Turning Point’s name, logo, branding, or ministry names to imply endorsement.
* Republish sermons, videos, music, graphics, photographs, or downloads as your own.
* Use automated systems to copy or archive substantial portions of the Services.
Limited sharing of publicly available page links, social posts, event information, and sermon links is encouraged when done accurately and respectfully.
Third-party music, Bible translations, videos, images, and other licensed materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to additional restrictions.
11. Copyright concerns
Turning Point respects the intellectual property rights of others.
If you believe content appearing through the Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice to:

12. Ministry, spiritual, and educational content
Sermons, devotionals, prayer resources, Bible studies, group materials, articles, videos, and other ministry content reflect Turning Point’s religious beliefs and are offered for spiritual and educational purposes.
Such content is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, or other licensed advice.
You are responsible for deciding how to apply general ministry content to your circumstances. When appropriate, seek assistance from a qualified professional.
Nothing provided through the Services guarantees a particular spiritual, emotional, relational, financial, medical, or personal outcome.
13. Prayer requests and pastoral care
Turning Point may offer forms or communication channels for prayer, pastoral care, or spiritual questions.
These tools are not emergency-response services and may not be monitored continuously.
Do not use a website form, email, group message, or app message when immediate intervention is needed. In an emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.
Turning Point may share a prayer or care request internally with pastors, staff members, ministry leaders, or trusted volunteers who reasonably need the information to respond.
We cannot promise absolute confidentiality. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to address suspected abuse, neglect, self-harm, threats, medical emergencies, mandatory reporting obligations, legal requirements, or serious safety concerns.
14. Events, registrations, and ministry activities
Turning Point may provide registration, ticketing, payment, application, or information tools for events and ministry activities.
Additional terms may apply to a particular event, including:
* Eligibility and age requirements
* Registration deadlines
* Participation costs
* Refund and cancellation rules
* Transportation requirements
* Medical and emergency information
* Codes of conduct
* Parent or guardian consent
* Background screening
* Photography or media consent
* Liability releases or assumption-of-risk agreements
When event-specific terms are presented, those terms supplement these Terms and control for that event if there is a conflict.
Turning Point may change, postpone, relocate, or cancel an event because of weather, safety, availability, attendance, ministry needs, circumstances beyond our control, or other reasonable causes.
Unless an event-specific policy states otherwise, submitting an interest form does not guarantee acceptance, placement, participation, leadership approval, or availability.
15. Online giving and payments
Turning Point may allow users to make charitable contributions or other payments through Subsplash Giving or another provider.
By initiating a transaction, you represent that:
* You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
* The information you provide is accurate.
* You authorize the applicable provider to process the transaction.
* Any recurring gift has the amount and frequency you selected.
Online giving is also governed by the applicable payment provider’s terms. Subsplash’s end-user terms separately address giving authorization, recurring payments, donor information, and transaction processing.
Charitable contributions
Charitable contributions are voluntary and are generally considered complete when processed.
Refund requests will be reviewed according to Turning Point’s giving policies, the payment provider’s rules, and applicable law. Turning Point does not guarantee that every contribution can be canceled or refunded after processing.
Nothing on the Services guarantees that a payment will qualify for a particular tax treatment. Donors should retain contribution records and consult a qualified tax adviser regarding their circumstances.
Fund designations
Turning Point will seek to use designated gifts consistently with the stated charitable purpose. Unless prohibited by law or a separate written agreement, Turning Point retains the authority and control necessary to administer contributions in furtherance of its religious and charitable mission.
If a designated project is completed, canceled, overfunded, or no longer reasonably practicable, Turning Point may redirect remaining funds to a related ministry purpose or another area of need, subject to applicable law and church policy.
Payments for goods, services, or events
Payments for registrations, merchandise, camps, trips, conferences, or other goods and services are not necessarily charitable contributions.
Refunds, transfers, and cancellations for those payments are governed by the policy presented during registration or purchase.
16. Email and text messaging
If you provide contact information and request or consent to communications, Turning Point may contact you regarding your visit, registration, ministry participation, group, serving interest, prayer request, giving administration, church updates, or another request you initiated.
You may unsubscribe from general email communications by using the unsubscribe link included in the message.
Where text messaging is offered:
* Message and data rates may apply.
* Message frequency may vary.
* You may generally opt out by replying STOP.
* You may reply HELP for available assistance.
Opting out of general or promotional messages may not prevent essential administrative, security, transaction, registration, or safety communications related to a service you requested.
17. Third-party websites and services
The Services may contain links to, integrations with, or embedded content from third parties, including:
* Subsplash
* Payment processors
* Video and livestream providers
* Social media platforms
* Map and navigation providers
* Event or registration services
* Ministry partners
* External websites and resources
Turning Point does not control the availability, security, accuracy, accessibility, content, or privacy practices of third-party services.
A link or integration does not necessarily mean Turning Point endorses every statement, product, service, policy, or practice of the third party.
When you leave Turning Point’s Services or interact with a third-party feature, the third party’s terms and policies may apply. You are responsible for reviewing them before providing information or completing a transaction.
18. Information accuracy and availability
We seek to provide accurate and useful information, but we do not guarantee that every page, event detail, service time, address, ministry description, registration status, media item, or other piece of content will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Information may change without prior notice.
You should confirm time-sensitive or important details before relying on them, especially information concerning:
* Service or event times
* Locations
* Transportation
* Registration availability
* Costs and deadlines
* Child or student participation
* Weather-related changes
* Mission trips
* Medical or safety requirements
We may modify, remove, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services.
Access may be affected by maintenance, internet failures, platform outages, security incidents, technical errors, device compatibility, service-provider decisions, or circumstances beyond Turning Point’s control.
Although we use reasonable safeguards, no website, app, database, email system, messaging system, or online transaction is completely secure.
You are responsible for using appropriate security practices, protecting your devices and accounts, and maintaining copies of content or records that are important to you.
20. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and their content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Turning Point disclaims warranties of every kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, and security.
We do not warrant that:
* The Services will always be available or uninterrupted.
* The Services will be free from errors, harmful components, or security incidents.
* Information will always be complete, accurate, or current.
* A particular ministry, event, group, volunteer role, or service will remain available.
* Use of the Services will produce a particular result.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
21. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turning Point and its pastors, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, ministry leaders, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or connected with:
* Your access to or use of the Services
* Your inability to access or use the Services
* Reliance on content made available through the Services
* Loss of data or communications
* Third-party links, content, platforms, or services
* Unauthorized account access
* Service interruptions, errors, or security incidents
* Conduct or communications of another user
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Any limitation should be interpreted narrowly enough to preserve rights and remedies that applicable law does not allow the parties to waive.
22. Responsibility for your conduct
You are responsible for your conduct, content, and use of the Services.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses resulting from:
* Your unlawful misuse of the Services
* Content you submit in violation of another person’s rights
* Your violation of these Terms
* Your unauthorized use of another person’s account, information, image, or intellectual property
This provision does not require you to assume responsibility for conduct caused solely by Turning Point.
23. Suspension and termination
Turning Point may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Services when reasonably necessary because of:
* A violation of these Terms
* Unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive conduct
* A safety or security concern
* Unauthorized account access
* Misuse of group or messaging features
* A request from a platform provider
* A legal requirement
* Discontinuation of a Service
Termination of access does not automatically require Turning Point or a provider to retain user content indefinitely.
Sections that by their nature should continue after termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, and governing-law provisions—will survive termination.
24. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes arising directly from these Terms or Turning Point’s Services will be brought in the state or federal courts serving [insert county of Turning Point’s legal headquarters], Georgia.
Before filing a legal claim, the parties are encouraged to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally by contacting the other party and allowing a reasonable opportunity to respond.
This section should be reviewed by Turning Point’s attorney before publication, particularly if the church wants to include arbitration, mediation, a jury-trial waiver, or a class-action waiver.
25. Severability
If a court determines that any provision of these Terms is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted or modified as necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
26. No waiver
Turning Point’s failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.
A waiver in one situation does not constitute a continuing waiver or a waiver of another provision.
27. Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms without Turning Point’s prior written permission.
Turning Point may assign these Terms in connection with a legal reorganization, merger, transfer of ministry operations, or succession by another entity, subject to applicable law.
28. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any applicable event-, form-, transaction-, or service-specific terms, constitute the agreement governing your use of Turning Point’s Services.
These Terms do not replace separate written agreements involving employment, independent contractors, ministry leadership, facility use, licensing, counseling, event participation, mission trips, or other matters.
